Damion has over 28 years in the Financial Services Industry. He prides himself on his technical knowledge and specialises in cases other brokers find too difficult or too cumbersome to deal with. The relationships he has built up with the many mortgage providers over the years has helped him to understand the intricacies of the lender’s criteria. Damion has the ability to look outside of the box and beyond. He approaches things in ways that many other brokers would not consider, frequently being able to assist clients others have dismissed.
Being a specialist in the Buy to Let sector Damion helps clients from their very first investment property all the way through to experienced Limited Company Portfolio Landlords.
A particular favourite type of client though are First Time Buyers. He loves walking people through the whole buying process from just thinking about going out viewing to picking up the keys and moving in. He has a knack of explaining everything in such a way that even the most complex of transactions seem simple and straight forward. Most importantly he has the knowledge and confidence to be able to deal with any hurdles that may crop up along the way. The First Time Buyers that Damion looks after are in excellent hands.
Outside of work he likes nothing better than binging on a good box set.

Mortgages to Purchase a Property
Mortgages to purchase a property a fee of £495 is payable on application – this is fully refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Remortgages
For processing a remortgage a fee of £295 is payable on application – this is fully refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Rate Switch / Product Transfer
For processing a product transfer/rate switch where you are remaining with your current lender a fee of £145 is payable on application.
Adverse Credit
For applications where there is a history of adverse credit then a total fee of £495 will be charged, of which £245 is payable at the point a personal recommendation is made, whether you decide to proceed or not. The remaining £250 is payable if/when an application is made and is refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Equity Release Mortgages
A total fee of £990 will be charged, of which £495 is payable at the point an application is made with a provider. The remaining £495 is payable if/when the application completes.
