How To Use Sentry365
- Step 1
Your adviser will set you up on the portal as a client and the system will email you with a link to access the system.
If you are new to Sentry Advice please call 03442 643 575 or email office@sentryadvice.co.uk and you will be put in touch with an independent mortgage & protection adviser. - Step 2
Click the link in the email or here, and using the email address you gave to your adviser you will be able to register your account and create a password. - Step 3
Now you are registered you can log into your the Sentry365 Dashboard. The first time you log in you will be presented with the Fact-Find. This is where we keep all the information we need to effectively give advice and make applications on your behalf. Together we will keep this updated. - Step 4
The portal is yours to use as much as you like. Have a look around and check all the features. Any questions your Adviser will always be happy to help.

Mortgages to Purchase a Property
Mortgages to purchase a property a fee of £495 is payable on application – this is fully refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Remortgages
For processing a remortgage a fee of £295 is payable on application – this is fully refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Rate Switch / Product Transfer
For processing a product transfer/rate switch where you are remaining with your current lender a fee of £145 is payable on application.
Adverse Credit
For applications where there is a history of adverse credit then a total fee of £495 will be charged, of which £245 is payable at the point a personal recommendation is made, whether you decide to proceed or not. The remaining £250 is payable if/when an application is made and is refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Equity Release Mortgages
A total fee of £990 will be charged, of which £495 is payable at the point an application is made with a provider. The remaining £495 is payable if/when the application completes.
We can accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card via PayPal.
