Adrian Dunn
Partner
A successful and experienced Managing Director within the Financial Services industry with a proven track record in the area of investments, mortgages and protection products. Adrian has extensive knowledge of the Financial Services market which has been built up over the past 30 years and he has been recognised at various industry summits, conferences and award dinners.
Adrian was responsible for managing the build of a bespoke processing platform that allowed several of the UK’s leading mortgage lenders to outsource their pre-offer mortgage processing.
Tony Webster
Partner
As an experienced leader of people, Tony has worked through various positions in the financial services sector during the past 27 years, with the last 17 operating as Chief Executive Officer. Tony held CF3 position on the Financial Conduct Authority register between 2004 & 2011.
Specialising in Lending and investments Tony has successfully founded several start-ups taking them from origination through to Venture Capital funding and multi million pound turnover. Tony has a proven track record in negotiating and contracting with FTSE 100 companies and all areas of corporate management.
Elizabeth Harris
Compliance Manager
Elizabeth has over 18 years’ experience in the compliance sector working in both large corporate environments and boutique advisory firms. Elizabeth specialises in the risk oversight management of mortgages, insurance and commercial credit products and is a qualified Compliance and Financial Crime Risk Practitioner. Elizabeth feels passionately about customer service and is a firm believer that regulation should complement the right customer advice outcomes – rather than be seen as a barrier. She is often called upon by industry forums to contribute towards regulation change proposals by the Financial Conduct Authority.
When away from the desk, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and son in their camper van taking trips which involve either surfing or snowboarding!
Richard Stubbs
Chief Information Officer
Richard has over 20 years of relevant, hands-on technical experience, focusing on technical leadership and operations. He has extensive experience within the Internet, FinTech and IoT industries, also founding several successful tech start-ups and holding the position of CTO & CIO.
Richard specialises in consulting for organisations on their technical road-maps, products and modern DevOps strategies, putting in place the correct procedures, culture and team, and then taking on an engineering role designing and implementing technology solutions.

Named the Best Bookkeeper 2020 – West Sussex by AI Business Excellence, Lisa has almost 43 years’ experience as a bookkeeper working for a wide variety of companies. She was invited to become a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers in 2018. She is passionate about her bookkeeping, and ensuring that the financial records are 100% accurate and up-to-date.
In her spare time, Lisa spends time with her son and their 2 cats. She loves her handcrafts or relaxing with a good book or movie.
Ben Scott

After working in Estate Agency for 5 years, gaining vital hands-on experience and pursuing his keen interest for all things property, Ben decided to take the leap into Financial Services. He wanted to become more immersed in the financial aspect of buying and selling property. Nothing is more rewarding to Ben than helping his clients achieve their goals.
Ben prides himself on his worth ethic, confident nature and is always willing to go that extra mile.
Outside of work Ben enjoys walking his dog, watching football and playing football for his local team.

Sandra has been with Sentry Advice since its launch in 2001, when it was named Fordyce & Playle.
A consummate professional when it comes to the daily administration of the firm with an excellent eye for detail. With a thorough knowledge of the mortgage and protection markets Sandra has the ability to spot issues before they materialise and is able to process applications efficiently.
All the advisers at Sentry lean on Sandra’s dependability and she is the cornerstone of the firm.
Mortgages to Purchase a Property
Mortgages to purchase a property a fee of £495 is payable on application – this is fully refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Remortgages
For processing a remortgage a fee of £295 is payable on application – this is fully refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Rate Switch / Product Transfer
For processing a product transfer/rate switch where you are remaining with your current lender a fee of £145 is payable on application.
Adverse Credit
For applications where there is a history of adverse credit then a total fee of £495 will be charged, of which £245 is payable at the point a personal recommendation is made, whether you decide to proceed or not. The remaining £250 is payable if/when an application is made and is refundable if we are unable to obtain a mortgage offer.
Equity Release Mortgages
A total fee of £990 will be charged, of which £495 is payable at the point an application is made with a provider. The remaining £495 is payable if/when the application completes.
We can accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card via PayPal.
